Lead Architects and Solution Architects with proven expertise in a broad range of technologies especially Oracle 11i and HR processes.

Application Architects with strong background in package development and preferably experience of delivery with package solutions to work with the business units to understand current and future business operating models to ensure that the target application and data architecture will support the changing business and increasing business volumes and geographic spread.

Agenda Applications Architects to define the high level application architecture for new applications. (This is logical architecture - i.e. the definition of the Information System).

Business Rules Engineer Consultants to support the Request for Proposal (RFP) based procurement of Business Rules Engine (BRE) technologies by conducting analysis of business and technology requirements; product market analysis; input to Request for Proposal documents; and analysis of responses.

Desktop Operating System Specialists. MUST be Microsoft Certified Professional or Better. MUST have passed 070-210 Win 2000 Desktop, 070-215 Win 2000 Server, 070-217 Directory Services Infrastructure, 070-244 NT Server 4 Network. MUST understand complex deployments with banking or finance background.

System Specialists. MUST be Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer or better. Preferably MCSE Win 2000 and/or MCSE NT4. Examination should include Design of Win 2000 infrastructure, Config and Install of Win 2000 server, and Implementing and Administering Win 2000 Network Infrastructure. Excellent/Exceptional XP OS skills in Win 95 and XP.

Packaging & Test Specialists. Must have completed Win 2000 server support and Admin, Implementation of XP and professional and Supporting XP Professional, WISE Installer, Familiar with Ghost techniques, from a testing and deployment background, Fundamentals of NT3.51 and 4, Implementation of Win 95 and Support. Hardware knowledge required.

Development and Services Architects - Candidates will be required to demonstrate practical experience and knowledge across large implementations and complex organisations.Comprehensive understanding and experience of full business and IT life cycle of IT solution delivery, including bespoke and COTS packages. Comprehensive knowledge of systems management, disaster recovery, operations delivery and software distribution, service metrics and measurement.

Data Architects with Proven track record of using technology to strategic business advantage and commercial benefit and developing architectures in a complex business environment and deploying package solutions to achieve strategic business advantage. Must have experience of architecture definition, including the underlying information architecture to provide business solutions across a federated systems architecture using multiple commercial products and bespoke applications via the use of integration technologies.

E-business Architects to support development of Strategic Web Hosting, Internet-based services (Self-Service), Access to core services by remote workers, i.e. exploiting the capabilities of the Corporate Remote Access Service, Business-to-business services, providing a target set of architectures to support a range of current and emerging requirements, building on existing capabilities. Requires a thorough understanding of Internet protocols and standards, especially HTTP, SOAP, XML, Web Services and emerging standards, Web Hosting architectures and Channel technologies, including eCRM. Knowledge of both J2EE and .Net is also essential.

Integration Architecture Specialists with IT Integration technology, specifically IBM Websphere, Service-Oriented Architecture and Web Services and Middleware on a comparable scale/complexity.

Network Architects with proven track record in, IP Network Convergence, Contact Centre experience including IVR, ACD, CTI, Workforce Management, IP Contact centre design and deployment.

CRM Siebel Specialists with Minimum of 3 years experience of implementing and demonstrating business benefits of Siebel in VERY complex and large scale environments.
