Our consultants are usually assigned to projects to make up for a shortfall of suitably experienced people. They are adept at picking up and running with activities and focusing on the task at hand to get things done. Our consultants work in partnership with clients to deliver quality results against ambitious targets. Their willingness to share, be open, and collaborate to deliver added value through skills transfer is the principal reason many clients choose to engage them.
Whilst the majority of our consultants are based in the UK, we do have a number based in Spain, Italy and Belgium. This international theme brings an extra dimension to the experience we provide to a client.
Our staff structure comprises of Principal Consultant: 20 years consulting experience or exposure to project expenditure in excess of £50m pa. Senior Consultant: 10 years plus consulting experience or exposure to project expenditure in excess of £2m pa. Lead Consultant: 5 years consulting experience or a recognised expert in their particular field of excellence, Consultant: less that 5 years consulting experience.
We do not use agencies or press adverts to recruit staff. Experience has taught us that good consultants come to us by way of personal recommendation, usually when we meet them on an assignment somewhere. They take an interest in our capabilities and our approach to getting the job done and sometimes will ask if they can join us.
